As a pre-sale qualifier you’ll get access to as many entries to Saturday’s races OR Sunday’s race as the number of ways you’ve qualified. This can get complicated so please read the Terms & Conditions below carefully. Any registrations received that are deemed ineligible will be returned and refunded minus the online processing fee. Some examples are listed further below.
Here’s everything you need to know in order to have a great experience during the pre-sale. Above all, thanks for your interest in the race, and for supporting the Tobermory Primary Place Daycare as well as PASA.

A pre-sale registrant must register using the email address on file with Peninsula Adventure Sports Association that they used when signing up for the event that entitles them to the pre-sale.
An individual qualified for a pre-sale registration may not register on behalf of anyone else. After the pre-sale window has closed however, all registrations are transferable and subject to a $20 admin fee for any changes.
A pre-sale registrant cannot purchase more than one race registration at a time. It is possible for a person to be eligible for more than one pre-sale registration. If a pre-sale registrant is eligible for more than one pre-sale registration they must complete their first purchase and then return to the registration homepage each time to begin their additional purchase(s). Examples of this are provided here:
A 2017 Tobermory Trail Marathon racer was also a 2017 Flowerpot Island 5K racer. This individual can purchase a registration to any of the 2018 TTRW events (Saturday or Sunday) and may ALSO purchase a second registration to any of the 2018 TTRW events (Saturday or Sunday). They must return to the registration homepage to purchase the second registration.
A 2017 Tobermory Trail Marathon volunteer has also signed up for the 2018 Subaru BPMR with their friend in the Suntrail Course Canoe Team category in time to qualify for pre-sale (before Dec 31 2017). This individual can purchase a registration to any of the 2018 TTRW events (Saturday or Sunday) and may ALSO purchase a second registration to any of the 2018 TTRW events (Saturday or Sunday). They must return to the registration homepage to purchase the second registration.
(In example 2, the racer’s 2018 Subaru BPMR teammate also qualifies for one pre-sale entry as well, but must register for it in their own name using their own email address.)
A racer can purchase two or more registrations to the same 2018 TTRW event under the same name (if they qualify to do so) however a racer cannot transfer their registration to another party during the pre-sale window. After the pre-sale window has closed, any changes to any registration, including the name, will be subject to the usual $20 admin fee.
A pre-sale registrant cannot purchase more race registrations than what they are qualified for. Any registrations received by Peninsula Adventure Sports Association that exceed the quantity authorized to any individual will be returned and refunded, minus the online processing fee.
50% of the total registration capacity will be available during the pre-sale window and 50% of the total registrations (plus whatever is not sold during pre-sale) will be available during the public onsale starting at 10am on Sunday January 21st at 10am.
